With 24/7 access to the tenant portal and on-site management personal, we make living at any of our properties easy and accessible. From on-line applications to monthly rent payments tenants can pay on-line through their own designated portal. And submitting maintenance requests through the portal has never been easier. 

Currently every unit in our managed portfolio has been remodeled and updated. The kitchens have new matching black GE appliances with natural hickory cabinets and new counters, You’ll find ceiling fans and closets in every room, plus new energy-efficient windows and screens. All new fixtures in the bathrooms too. New flooring and doors in the units too. New plumbing lines, valves and fixtures have recently been installed as well.

Code compliant stairways, decks and walkways provide safe access to resident units. Updated electrical service, area security lighting and fire-extinguishers are at all properties. And we offer designated parking for residents and have abundant guest parking at most properties.
